Virgin Insurance process allows customers to make claims for damage, loss or theft of their mobile phone. The Fulfillment process allows the custome to select the way they want their claim fulfilled.

The application had to deal with a complex insurance process in an intuitive design for use by users who may not be computer literate. A/B Testing, interviews and client workshops allowed the requirements to be refined into an elegant solution simplifying the complete claims fulfillment process.
