Assurant GAdget Insurance Claims Process allows customers to make claims for damage, loss or theft of their gadgets. The Fulfillment process allows the custome to select the way they want their claim fulfilled.

The application had to deal with a large amount of information presented due to UK Gov legal requirements in an intuitive design for use by users who may not be computer literate. A/B Testing, interviews and client workshops allowed the requirements to be refined into an elegant solution simplifying the complete claims fulfillment process.
